Yes, we will provide you an invoice with the details outlining your service package and price.
Our Site Assist services are built to support you on the many tasks surrounding maintaining a website. With very low overhead cost, we can help you determine a cost effective way to gain your valuable time back so you can spend it on what’s important to you; whether that’s refocusing on growing your business, or spending more time with your family.
We will soon be introducing a Project Management tool that will allow you to assign tasks, start discussions, upload files, and will fully integrate with your email for quick communication. When available, this portal will be accessible online.

Currently we accept e-transfers only, but we are in the process of establishing other payment types such as credit card.
WebTech Media Solutions understands that the needs of our clients may change overtime. Therefore, we allow changing Site Assist service packages. Any package upgrade can be accommodated right away with a pro-ration on the service package.
Should you want to cancel your service package, in instances where you are working with a virtual assistant (DDA) on a recurring/subscription basis, we ask that you provide your DDA 30 days’ written notice of cancellation.
Yes, absolutely we can! Recurring website tasks are one of the most effective ways for you to get value out of the services we offer. In addition, it also allows us to support you by ensuring your online business is always kept up to date. With recurring work, it’s “set it and forget it.” Once we know how to do the task, and know how often to complete it, you don’t have to worry about it!
Client’s business needs may change overtime and hence we allow cancelling or changing service packages at any time. However, in instances where you are working with a virtual assistant (VA) on a recurring/subscription basis, we ask that you provide your VA 30 days’ notice of cancellation.
While we understand that business needs can change, all sales are final, as WebTech Media Solutions does not offer any money-back guarantees. In instances where our services have been rendered, you recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
As you understand your business and its goals, where possible it is best if you can provide the content for your website. However, in case you need help, our copywriting team can help with the copy cleanup or create original content for you at an additional fee.
